Welcome back everyone who is receiving this newsletter from Wenke Greenhouses for the first time in several months. Unfortunately, we had a technical issue that caused many of you to not receive the newsletters we were sending. Please know that our intention is to send the newsletters 1-2 times per month all year long. If you stop receiving the newsletter, please let me know and I will try to figure out what is causing the problem.
Everyone is invited to tour our production greenhouse on Saturday, March 20th 9-10:30. It's a great way to learn how we grow the plants that look so beautiful in the spring. The greenhouses are located at 2525 North 30th Street in Kalamazoo. Bring a friend or your entire family. Please send me an email or call 269-349-7882 to let me know you're coming. See the attached article for highlights.
We're starting to look for smiling people with plant knowledge who would like to work at the store helping others enjoy plants. Please email me if you or someone you know is interested in this seasonal job so I can send them an application. Minimum age required is 16. Must be willing to work Saturdays and/or Sundays. Daytime or evening positions available.
Enjoy this month's newsletter featuring information on some of our new annuals, the Dr. Earth soil and fertilizers that we will be carrying this spring and perennials that provide long lasting flowers.
Sincerely,
Lisa
